I am currently recruiting for a Relationship Manager for my client in Birmingham, the role is to join an existing team, speaking to clients and to assist them in proposing their projects to my client's platform.

As a Relationship Manager, you will need to have/be:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Be confident and comfortable with speaking to stake holders
Able to build relationships with internal and external clients
Organised, efficient and able to take responsibility for projects
To come from a Banking background or financial services

Role of a Relationship Manager:
Be the 1st point of contact for clients, able to build a rapport with them
Assessing project proposals and making lending offers in principle
Keeping in regular contact with clients
Provide regular updates to clients on their application
Team player
Self-Starter
