Role Purpose

We are looking for someone who can co-ordinate the recall of existing laptops and work with users to recall laptops and assist in their decommissioning. We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a service desk/desktop or rollout/deployment role before.

Skills Required

• Someone looking to get a break in IT
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to manage each Customer as an individual
• Demonstrative Can do' attitude
