Local authority in the South Yorkshire area currently require a Neighborhood Officer for an initial period of 3 months.
JOB PURPOSE
To deliver a whole household approach to housing management, supporting council tenants in sustaining their tenancies.To encourage residents to be active members of their local community.
* Experience of working in a housing or similar environment, and of dealing with serious / complex issues around ASB, rent arrears or other tenancy-management related work areas.
* Experience of working in a front-line situation, often managing difficult or challenging situations.
* Experience of providing support to vulnerable service users.
* Proven track record in providing excellent customer service
- 37 hours
- Initial contract of 3 months
- PAYE - GBP10.17
- Umbrella - GBP12.65
