Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a HR & Recruitment Specialist.
This role will be based in Weybridge with national travel required when needed.
The Role:
To provide timely administration support for HRBP and record/track specific People KPI's associated with periodic reporting.
Provide management Information support, recording and analysis for HR measures; absence, labour turnover, and relevant financial cost analysis for all other people orientated business needs.
Co-own the long term sick cases and advise retail colleagues regarding absence issues, preparing appropriate letters and verbal/written communication to key stakeholders in line with routine and process.
To provide support for HR projects
To be the in-house recruitment expert for all operational retail positions and be the 'go to' person for advice for Store Managers.
To be the Retail recruiter for Store Manager vacancies, providing an end to end professional and focused service meeting deadlines, working to budget and ensuring candidate care is at the heart of all activity.
To analyse recruitment and leavers data providing updates and timely reports to key stakeholders.
To coach People policy to enable all store managers to be compliant whilst managing their teams.
To effectively manage daily People related activity and prioritise workload in line with business needs.
To be proactive in identifying and highlighting People trends to support retention, Project activity and budget management.
To own, co-ordinate and communicate clear HR Project plan activity and be the champion of change.
To be the advocate of great service providing timely business support as required and working within agreed service level agreements with the operations team.
Support the wider HR team with People activity as required.
Salary cGBP28,000 - GBP30,000 + Bonus.
