We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our Visitor Experience Team. If you are excited by our vision of the theatre and care passionately about the transformative power of theatre, then we would love to hear from you. You will be taking responsibility for the safe operation of our building as Duty Manager on a rotation basis and assist in the management of Ushers, Stage Door Reception and Security teams when on shift. You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service creating a welcoming and safe environment for all internal and external customers. You will become part of our Duty Management team and we need you to be calm, efficient and reassuring.
We provide full training, (including how we will operate to new COVID secure regulations) to ensure all our visitors have an enjoyable and safe experience during their visit to Curve but expect you to have experience within a complementary environment to improve our customer service.
This role is offered as a permanent annualised 33 hours per week role with a monthly rota. Successful candidates must be available weekday daytime for work as well as good availability for evening, weekend and Bank Holiday work when performances or events are taking place.
