Sewell Wallis are currently supporting a fantastic legal firm based in Leeds City Centre in their search for an E-Billing Assistant. This is brilliant business that offers clear and focused career paths throughout their finance function.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest growing businesses within Yorkshire. The successful candidate will gain support from experienced and approachable senior finance individuals and will has access to unique and interesting projects to enhance their CV and skill set.

As the E-Billing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

-First line support to assist with and resolve issues relating to e-billing
-Uploading of e-billing text files into variety of e-billing solutions
-Tracking the daily report for time recordings and missing data
-Acting as the main point of contact internally and externally for any e-billing issues and requests
-Reconciling bills against billing solutions
-Assisting with e-billing set ups
-Escalating any e-billing issues caused by new and existing rate agreements
-Analysing existing processes and policies and identifying any areas for improvement

The ideal candidate will have experience of e-billing within a legal environment to include setting up of new clients and resolving rejection issues. You must have good analytical skills and be a strong communicator.

Candidates with more of a mainstream billing background may also be considered as well as those from other industries.
