HR Advisor - Manufacturing - King's Lynn - Up to GBP30,000

As HR Advisor you will report to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and effective HR generalist solutions to the partnered client group aligned to the Operational and HR Agenda.

Company Benefits HR Advisor - Requirements
CIPD (Level 5) qualification is preferable but not essential.
Strong experience within HR, ideally in a manufacturing environment focussing on employee relations, recruitment, performance management systems and learning & development.
Strong UK Employment Law knowledge and application.
Experience in dealing with organisational change.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage and manage key stakeholders and suppliers. HR Advisor - Responsibilities
Support the implementation of the HR Agenda with the partnered client group and wider site/group as required in order to deliver effective solutions and meet business objectives.
Provide support and guidance to key stakeholders in the design and implementation of organisational change programmes to support the businesses ambitious growth plans.
Provide consultation, advice and solutions on all employee relation matters including discipline, grievance, capability, absence management and benefit programmes to ensure effective service delivery and achievement of business objectives.
Support the recruitment procedure for partnered client group including preparation of job descriptions, advertising, selection and administration associated with the process to ensure the business is recruiting the right individuals who will thrive and deliver results within the company.
Support the development and implementation of core skills, management and leadership programmes for the company. Actively support the generation and management of skills profiles, training plans and programmes for client groups to ensure alignment and delivery of departmental and site objectives. In addition, support employee induction programmes and training administrative support as required.
Create and update key HR policies and procedures and deliver associated training to ensure legislative compliance and best practice.
Use HR systems providing accurate data for HR metrics, and logical analysis of trends to deliver business objectives.
Support and promote both group and local reward & recognition initiatives to ensure motivation and engagement within teams.
Support the annual performance & talent management review process ensuring the process is aligned to business objectives and is implemented effectively.
Support partnered client group with co-ordinating site communications through a variety of means including site briefs, daily communications and visual boards to ensure all associates have a full understanding of the operational activity.
Support HR project initiatives to deliver business objectives. In addition, support with general activity within the team across sites as required to deliver the full HR Agenda. About Us
