Full Time FLT Driver required in Atherton - Temp to Perm
Company Description:
A leading UK based recycler exporting non-ferrous metals globally, located in Atherton. Looking for a full time FLT Driver to join their expanding team.
Working in a fast paced Scrap Metal Recycling Warehouse, the successful candidate will support the facilitation of Goods In & Out.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, duties will include:
?? Operation of FLT, Unloading & Weighing Scrap Metal delivered to site by Nationwide Scrap Metal Merchants and local public trade
?? Grading, Quality Checking, Sorting & Processing of Scrap Metal (Training Provided)
?? General Warehouse Duties/Requirements - Housekeeping, Machinery Maintenance, Environmental Procedures, Health & Safety Procedures
?? Opportunities to develop within the team
?? Salvage Bonus Scheme - Av OTE GBP1k PA
?? Monthly Reward Scheme
?? Annual Salary Reviews
Experience Required:
?? FLT Licence
?? Good Time Management
?? Good attendance record
?? Warehouse, Construction or Waste Recycling Experience
?? Team Worker
Experience Desired (Not essential):
?? Plant Machinery Operation Experience
?? Scrap Metal knowledge
Hours of Work : 45hrs per week.
?? Mon to Weds: 07:30 to 17:00
?? Thurs & Fri: (Alternating Shift) 07:30 to 17:00 / 08:00 to 17:30

?? Sun: Closed
Weekly pay for the first 12 weeks before moving onto a permanent contract with a GBP21,250 per annum salary.
