Group Manager Transformation & Change
Nottinghamshire is a great place to live and work, and the County Council is stable, high performing and has a clear vision. But we need to keep changing and evolving so that we remain properly equipped to face the future.
We are looking for the right leader to build and develop our ambitious approach to cross-Council transformation and change to improve outcomes for our residents and deliver savings and even greater value for money into the bargain.
Our newly reshaped Transformation function has a strong focus on research, data insight, and analytics. We want to be at the forefront of national thinking around new ways of delivering services, and we'll need you to creatively lead the development and delivery of our cross-Council change programmes with a laser focus on both the outcomes that make a difference, and the bottom line.
You'll be an experienced senior change manager and leader with a strong partnership ethos, who's determined to strengthen our approach to Transformation, and who's not afraid to tackle challenges along the way. You'll be a visible leader, comfortable with a high corporate profile and with working directly with senior leaders across the Council and its partners. You'll be able to demonstrate a strong track record in managing complex transformation and change programmes, and you'll be able to inspire, energise and motivate those around you.
