Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 9.00am-5pm

Salary: up to GBP20,000 per annum

Are you a highly focused and organised Sales Administrator who has a passion for delivering high levels of customer care? Our client is looking for someone who can work on their own initiative and also can be an effective member of a supporting Sales Department and supporting new and potential customers, dealing with initial enquiries right through to placing their first order.

Responsibilities include:

Dealing effectively with customer enquiries, from post, telephone and emails
Processing orders and quotations through controlled excel spreadsheets
Providing support to customers with regards to any query
Supporting the Sales Department with administrative tasks

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent Microsoft Office Excel Skills
Good telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
