We are looking for an energetic people person to join our People Services Team as a Learning and Development Advisor.

 

You will be responsible for supporting Business Strategy and Assets, which comprises of our Home Maintenance, Programme Management and Business Excellence teams, working closely with the HR Business Partner for these areas.

 

You will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative and blended learning solutions while living our values in everything you do.

 

As an L&D Advisor, exceptional communication skills are a must so that you can deliver excellent customer service to a wide range of stakeholders. This is a busy role, so you must have the ability to prioritise your own workload, meet deadlines and manage conflicting demands. This is also a rewarding opportunity, where you can support collaboration, our one team ethos and the opportunities these create. You will be part of the wider People Services team, achieving great things by working together.

 

You will need to be qualified to CIPD Level 5, or equivalent, or qualified by significant experience and at least two years prior experience of operating at a similar level. Full details are in the Job Description.
