Mobile Engineer
We currently have a mobile position for one of the UK's leading maintenance M&E service provider covering a portfolio of six commercial office buildings located in Kent, Sussex, Southeast Coast and one site in Central London.
The contract would require you as the mobile engineer to spend between 1 day and half a day in each building to carry out the weekly PPM's such as the fire alarm tests then the rest of your time would be up to you to decide where it would be best used.
The Area of the Mobile Engineer
The buildings are located in Kent, Sussex, Southeast Coast and one site in Central London.
This role comes with.
* Fully funded company van,
* Holiday, expenses, mobile, PDA etc.
* Good basic salary plus overtime and a call out allowance
* Additional projects at weekends but only if you want it as they have a lot of static sites that need fan coil servicing and projects.
The Hours and Overtime
It is an eight hour day with flexibility regarding travel, usually expected to give 45 minutes each way. if you are familiar with working as a mobile engineer then you will understand that the relationship between engineer, management and client has to be based on "give and take" and mutual respect.
The Contract Manager on this portfolio has the belief that if the work is being done and the clients are happy then he is happy.
