Electrical Maintenance Engineer
County Durham
Continental Shift Pattern
GBP40,000
Jackson Hogg are supporting a well established Engineering firm in County Durham in support of their search for an Electrical Maintenance Technician. A very busy environment, this role is key to maintaining the site maintenance strategy.
Working in a fast-moving environment, the position requires a high level of technical understanding and competence. You will be involved with:
* PLC Fault Finding
* Site Installs and Commissioning of electrical systems
* Wiring, Inspections and Testing
* 3 Phase systems and basic Programming and Modding
* Maintenance Project Work
* Basic Mechanical work - Conveyors and Cutting Machines
The ideal candidate will be fully time served (ideally electrically) and have experience within a fast moving and/or Heavy Engineering type environment. Candidates must be competent with PLCs and have the ability to Fault Find on them.
This role follows a continental shift pattern rotating days and nights.
