We have partnered with a great client of ours in the Cambridgeshire area to help find a new Warehouse Manager.
There are some really nice things about this business and the role, but one of the best bits has to be that it's brand new! No shoes to fill, no processes to change, just a real opportunity to come in and lead a great team and make everything your own.
As an experienced Warehouse Manager, you're used to monitoring the Health & Safety of your team, experienced in ensuring orders are packed and out to clients on time and also continuously looking for ways in which you can improve the efficiency of your team and output of products.
We are looking for someone who is a strong leader and will be able to guide a team of around 10-15 operatives (including FLT drivers) whilst also being a part of a growth process which will see you take on the responsibility for future recruitment to further strengthen your existing team.
To fulfil the role, some experience that would be handy;
* Experience in a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor position previously
* Having worked in a fast-paced manufacturing facility
* Relevant experience/qualifications in Health & Safety/IOSH/HACCP
* Experience in driving performance and delivering within agreed SLA's
