Accounts Assistant
Interviews to be held: September 2021
Start Date: October 2021
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant for a full time permanent position to start in October 2021. you will be joining a very busy Financial team in a successful International production and manufacturing company based in Harlow.
Interviews are to take place September 2021
Responsibilities
Perform daily cash management duties
Maintain & monitor accounts receivable records
Co-ordinate with the Sales and Dispatch departments
Prepare monthly reports for Financial Controller
Run credit checks on new customers
Assist with all Account Payable where required
Support Financial Director when required
Provide absence cover for Welcome Desk Administer
Experience
Previous experience in accounts
Strong excel skills
Skills
Confident and approachable
Attention to detail
Ability to build working relationships
Team player and able to work unaided, using own initiative
