Our client are a Criminal Law firm operating primarily in Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. They provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Cases range from speeding through to murder and everything in between. The firm deal with thousands of cases each year, many of them high profile.

Their offices are busy and vibrant. Their client's and their loved ones are understandably demanding of them given the nature of their dealings with the firm.

The role will involve the following duties:

• Answering inbound calls

• Making outbound calls

• Passing on detailed messages

• Audio typing

• Drafting letters

• Opening and the preparation of files in both digital and paper form

• Diary maintenance and management in both digital and paper form

• Time recording

• Archiving

• Creating invoices

• Taking PDQ payments in person and over the phone

• Accurate recording of payments made and received

• Ordering of stationary in accordance with office needs

• Preparation of post

• Photocopying and scanning

• Clerking legal conferences at locations such as prisons, court and at the firm's offices

• Filling forms accurately

• Casework

We are looking for the following skills:

The successful applicant must also be
