Trade Sales Assistant Manager - Construction

At PolyBound, a leading UK resin supplier, we're looking for a talented Trade Sales Assistant Manager to work closely with our branch team and local tradespeople.
About the role
* Work closely with the branch team and local tradespeople to identify and develop sales opportunities and achieve sales and budget targets
* Securing new accounts
* Ensure that the branch operates efficiently and to high standards
* Promote our expanding product range
* Quickly resolve any customer issues and answer queries
* Being responsible for the Trade Counter, you'll deliver the highest customer service
About you
* Strong people management skills
* Confident and articulate verbal communicator
* Experience gained within a trade counter sales environment and/or resin bound product experience
* A commitment to contribute to the growth of the business
* Desirable skills and experience
* Experience in stock management, financial reporting are an advantage, though training and support will be provided
* Supervisory or management experience advantageous
* Experience with resin systems from any industry preferred
* Background experience with acrylic binders and internal walling systems and internal resin systems advantageous as theses are new additions to the poly bound core product
