We are looking for a motivated Engineering Manager to join a market leading food manufacturer. An exciting opportunity for a skilled Engineering Manager to join a well-established company and engineering team. As Engineering Manager you will be tasked with the running and continuous improvement of the Maintenance & Engineering Department. You will likely be a strong man-manager with a comprehensive engineering background within a manufacturing/production environment. This role will appeal to an autonomous individual with a comprehensive idea of how to run a successful Engineering team within a pressurised environment. This position will appeal to a strong manager looking for their next challenging role within a secure and stable company.
Role Description -
o Managing the Engineering Function throughout site
o Developing and improving PPM & TPM Systems
o Being involved in Project Work
o Budget control
o Procurement of Engineering Spares & Consumables
o Management and Supervision of Outside Contractors
o Reviewing, monitoring and maintaining all health & safety
Skills and Qualifications -
o Engineering/Maintenance Manager Experience
o Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Background
o Strong Man Management Skills
o HND/Degree (Advanategeous)
Experince in Recycling - Advantageous
