BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager
We are currently recruiting for a BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager to join an award-winning, design-focused architectural practice based in central Manchester.
Due to winning several new projects, they are looking for new staff to join their BIM Team and the overall office of 70 staff.
As the BIM Coordinator, it would be expected you have previously worked in architectural practice as a BIM Co-Ordinator or BIM Manager or as an experienced Technologist with strong Revit and BIM knowledge.
As a practice, they are multi-award-winning having won prestigious architectural awards. They have three offices spread across Europe, and they are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager to support the team with new project delivery.
The Role: BIM Co-ordinator / BIM Manager
* Maintain and manage project and practice content
* Produce and manage Revit Families
* Check and manage the BIM protocols and procedures along with BIM Execution plans
* Clash detection and Model coordination
* Revit library and template checks
* Manage and main project models, reports, specifications, and drawings
The salary for this position ranges from GBP28,000-GBP45,000 depending on previous experience plus a great benefits package including private healthcare, enhanced pension scheme, and flexible working.
