We are currently looking for HGV Class 2 Day drivers to join our clients expanding driving force operating out of their depot in Aylesford.
Our client is a large, nationwide distribution company with a great track record amongst the HGV driving community.
Pay GBP15.21 p/h
Start times are between 04:30 - 06:30.
Predominately Monday-Friday but 1 in 3/4 Saturday's.
Multi drop role with a targeted drop rate of 14 per day (flex's up or down slightly depending on order volume)
The role includes:
* Accurate picking on a 18t manual vehicle and delivery of customer orders
* Collecting monies
* Maintaining product temperatures
* Vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with VOSA
* Compliance with Health and Safety (SSOW), hygiene and other related legislation
You'll have:
* HGV2 licence, Digital Tachograph Card, Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* The knowledge and initiative to solve basic problems and make routine decisions
* The ability to complete paperwork in an orderly fashion
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
