Packing technician
Harlow
Temp contract - maximum of 2 years
Full Time hours - Monday to Friday - Day shifts
Our reputable pharmaceutical client in Harlow is looking for new packing technicians to join the existing friendly team. To ensure that operations conducted are performed in accordance with Company requirements, Corporate Standards, Quality System, GMP and GDP Guidelines and Industry Standards.

- Full training will be provided but experience plus the right attitude and ability to start work asap is essential!
Job Specific Responsibilities
* Must assure clinical trial materials (CTMs) are produced in accordance with packaging orders to achieve useful results.
* CTMs are produced in compliance with applicable regulations.
* Identifies problems and deviations, and makes recommendations on solutions to ensure deadlines are met.
* Verify that activities performed by Packaging Technicians are completed correctly, including GMP batch record completion and be accountable for 'right first time' hand over.
* Ensure that any non-standard activities that occur during packaging jobs are documented appropriately (deviations) and gain approval.
* Organize technicians on packaging jobs so that all staff are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
* Verify Quality-critical Line Clearance activities are completed correctly by Technicians, and authorise packaging jobs to proceed.
* Ensure packaging jobs are set up and run in accordance with the required quality and safety standards.
* Ensure appropriate job oversight is carried out.
* First line resolution of quality, productivity, and safety issues.
* Develop and deliver quality-critical training to technicians and be responsible for assessing competency.
* Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities in order to improve quality, productivity and safety.
Must have GCSE in Maths & English or equivalent
