We are currently supporting an established manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Dover in the recruitment of Production Operatives on a temporary - Permanent basis.
Reliability is key and for the right candidates the company can offer excellent opportunities to learn new skills and on the job training,
These roles are physically demanding and you will be required to work to production team targets
Initial duties will include
Working on the end of line stacking the end product
Working on packing table, wrapping the final productShifts & Pay
You will work on a 4 on 4 off basis of days and nights
Days - 05.45 - 18.15 - GBP8.91 per/hr
Nights - 17.45 - 06.15 - GBP10.23 per/hr
Over time is also offered at an enhanced rate
Candidates who are successful in progressing in to a permanent position will receive an enhanced rate of pay and qualify to receive monthly production bonuses

Due to location your own transport is essential
