Your new role
Working for my clients' busy Northampton Office, They are looking for front office administration / clerical support to assist with the general administration and smooth running of the Branch.
Customer Facing/Meet and Greet
Answering incoming calls
Office Stock Management
General Office Administration Duties
Compiling Bid Documentation
Producing Letters and Documents (Word/Excel)
Compiling Electronic Operation and Maintenance Manuals
Coordinating Events
Organising Travel and Lodging
You will need:
You will be IT literate (basic packages) and will have the ability to work on your own initiative. You will be ambitious and looking to progress your career. You will be enthusiastic about what you do, have clear communication skills and good people skills. Experience in Building Services would be an advantage.
The Package:
You will receive a competitive salary, depending on experience, with a benefit package to be discussed at interview; including a pension and 21 days per year annual leave (plus public holidays) increasing to 25 after 3 years.
