Job Description:
The role holder will complete materials handling processes, including the perpetual inventory audit of materials and equipment across SW sites and the management of materials discrepancies. The role will require auditing of materials and equipment practices, identifying risks and putting in place mitigation's and improvement plans.
Responsibilities:
Complete system stock audits on materials and equipment across warehousing and remote locations, working to perpetual inventory check processes.
Manage stock quarantine processes on discrepancies or product failure. Fully investigate and resolve e.g., adjustment on system, return to supplier.
Complete site/stock audit reports that highlight risks, mitigation's and improvements required to maintain compliance and process excellence in line with SOX.
Skills:
Stock management processes and best-practices
WMS system management
Transport planning and routing optimisation
Data analysis and executive reporting
Essential knowledge:
Technical
Warehousing & stock management
SOX compliance
Product knowledge of SW materials/equipment Risk and Compliance
SW compliance standards
SOX compliance Essential
Excel experience and competency.
Process mapping
WMS/TMS experience.
Hours per week:
37 Hours per week
