Solutions4Health are delighted to announce the expansion of their HR department.

We are actively looking for an exceptional HR Advisor to come and join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be based at our Head office in Reading with some flexibility once probation has been passed.

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 Dependent on Experience

HR Advisor Duties:

This is a fully generalist role and the successful candidate will have the ability to work on numerous projects and gain experience to advance your skills and capabilities. Key responsibilities of this new role are to provide guidance to managers and staff throughout pivotal points of the employee life cycle, implementing HR policies, working practices, recruitment, and onboarding processes, and supervising a small, yet busy HR administration team.

HR Advisor Requirements:

The ideal candidate will respond to change with a positive attitude and demonstrate their adaptability and flexibility to changing processes in a high-speed working environment with energy and enthusiasm.
