An exciting opportunity has arisen at LNER for a CRM Campaigns Manager to cover maternity leave.

As CRM Campaigns Manager, you'll support the wider Customer Relationship Management strategy, within the marketing team, by taking responsibility for the day to day management and delivery of multi-channel customer lifecycle and tactical campaigns delivered through our real-time CRM solution.

We're looking for someone to join our team, who puts the customer first and is highly motivated to just make things happen. You'll be able to strike the balance between creative flair, thinking and analysis and strive for high and continuously improving performance. Collaboration is key at LNER, so you'll also need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be a strong team player too.

What you'll be doing?

* Supporting the CRM Programmes Manager in planning, creative development and delivery of a variety of targeted campaigns, including service messaging, through our CRM solution.

* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to identify, prepare and deliver appropriate and engaging content and marketing messages, tailored to our customer segmentation.

* Using customer data to deliver personalised campaigns to the right people at the right time.

* Implementation of AB testing plans and production of post-campaign analysis to continuously improve performance of CRM campaign activity.

* Establish a strong relationship with our agencies to deliver campaigns to a high standard while optimising resource to deliver business priorities.

* Writing internal campaign briefs to keep internal teams informed about our CRM programmes and campaigns.

* Ensure campaigns adhere to best practice regarding links, content, deliverability, device optimisation and are GDPR and ASA compliant.

* Liaison with internal teams to deliver all components required to launch our campaigns such as promotions, website content and catering offers.

Of course, with this being such a specialist role there are a few things we need you to have;

* Solid experience in developing and delivering high performing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

* Customer Relationship Management experience

* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

* Marketing or communications related qualification: Diploma, Degree or equivalent experience

* Demonstration of organisational skills and strong attention to detail

* Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

* Experience working with marketing teams and agencies is desirable

* Strong Microsoft Office skills - Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
