Job Role: Hygiene Operatives

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Pay Rate: GBP9.30-10.69phr

Quest Employment are looking for Hygiene Operatives to join a thriving food manufacturer in based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday

  • 06:00AM -15:00PM
  • 15:00PM - 00:00AM
  • 20:00PM - 05:00AM

Duties:

  • Dismantling and cleaning used Machinery ready for the next production run
  • Completing Deep Cleans throughout the production, office and canteen areas to ensure the site is safe to operate in the following day
  • Using chemicals and cleaning products, where needed, to ensure the equipment is cleaned to the correct standard
  • Collecting used uniform and PPE to wash on a daily basis, loading and unloading wash machines and Uniform collections
  • Follow all compliance controls, risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) to ensure that colleagues and visitors work in a safe working environment.

Skills/Experience needed:

  • Previous Hygiene experience would be desirable
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Physically Fit - Able to lift up to 25kg
  • Basic level of English, both spoken and written
  • Certification or knowledge of COSHH
  • Certification or knowledge of Food Safety
