I am looking to recruit a dynamic and self-motivated Filed Sales Agent to join one of my preferential broadband clients who are nationwide and one of the leaders in the communications industry.
This is a permanent and full-time role or also have part time positions, and you also have the freedom of choosing your own hours that will be most productive in terms of contact with customers. My client covers residential and commercial clients. The commission is uncapped so the sky is the limit! Your role will be to drive business forward and generate new business from various methods such as calls, social media and door canvassing while providing impeccable customer service. The role will be a mix of remote, office and appointment based so keeps you galvanized.
Duties:
Promoting the products and services in a professional and informative manner
Overcoming objections and building rapport
Making pro-active sales calls
Door canvassing to secure more sales
Creating your own sales strategy
Making new sign ups to the company and ensuring compliance is followed
Tailoring customer communications
Making detailed notes on the in-house CRM system
Personal Attributes:
Confident and self-motivates
Driven and tenacious
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Polite, well-mannered, and well presented
Comfortable dealing with all types of people
Experience:
Must have a proven track record in dealing with customers, door canvassing, sales, or customer service
Flexible and adaptable
Experience explaining information to customers and ensuring they understand what they are agreeing too
