About the Role

Reporting to the High Growth Team Leader, the role of the Account Manager is to manage the ongoing Client relationships for Indeed Flex and act as liaison between our divisions and contracted clients as appropriate.

The main purpose of the role is to provide onsite account management at a key client in line with agreed contracts and Kpis and to provide strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services which assist Clients in improving recruitment processes, productivity and overall performance.

You'll be working on a client site in Lutterworth, Leicestershire


* Proactively manage the Client, ensuring compliance to contractual KPIs

* Provide onsite support for booking enquiries, training, reporting and checking in staff, be the liaison between the client and Indeed Flex

* Manage stakeholder relationships; bring on site operations managers together on a regular basis and chair face to face review meetings

* Study client's business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Improves processes by studying current practices; designing modifications and implementing.

* Research and analyse data, present recommendations to our clients and set a schedule for implementing improvements

Team Coordination & Training

* Collaborate with marketing and onboarding on behalf of the client and to ensure recruitment plans are in place and on track

* Ensure 24/7 cover is in place where our clients require it by engaging with wider ops teams

* Ensure the Enterprise ops team manage all day-to-day operations, liaising between clients, workers, agency partners and Enterprise internal Account Managers to fill shifts

* Ensure clients shifts are filled with Flexers in line with contractual KPIs

* When we can't fill shifts the ops team is briefed and understand when to send shifts to partner agencies

Business Development

* Contribute to business development through growth of the existing account and new business lines of business

* Develop an account plan for assigned accounts that will form the basis for value-driven sales growth.

Skills & Experience Required

* 3+ years of account management experience

* RPO or MSP experience, preferably warehousing & logistics

* Must possess the desire to succeed and obsessive about hitting contractual targets consistently

* Superb ability to build rapport quickly within a face-to-face environment

* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management

* Strong IT skills and have experience using CRM systems preferably Salesforce

* Take time to understand the client's business strategy, drivers and priorities - understands the client's vision, goals, strategy, drivers, plan and priorities. Can articulate the client's formal and informal organisation.
