Valuation / Property Lister

Roman Recruitment are currently on the look out for a valuation / property lister for a growing real estate agent, this position has become available due to recent expansion.

This opportunity would suit a valuation / property lister looking for that next step in their career to progress forward with an expanding business, you would require previous experience within a similar role.

Valuation / Property Lister Overview

* Following up on all deals, from sourcing through to completion

* Visit properties and provide appraisals

* Liaise with staff and third parties

* Making valuations

* Contacting clients and providing up to date information on the marketing of the properties

* Ensure properties are photographed and measured ready for market

* Ensure all spelling and punctuation is correct on adverts

Valuation / Property Lister Requirements

* Must have previous experience within a valuation / property lister role

* Must have a full UK drivers' license

Valuation / Property Lister Remuneration

* Salary GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 (Flexible)

* Hours Core Hours / (Monday - Friday)

* Holidays 20 days + 8 days bank holiday

The salary mentioned above is flexible as the real estate provider is very interested in finding the best candidate for the team in the long-term.
