Customer Coordinator

Salary: GBP19,000 per annum

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire

Start date: Immediate.

Fresh Start are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Alfreton for a Customer Coordinator. The role involves working within the after care team to ensure issues are resolved in an effective and professional manner.

Customer Coordinator duties:

* Dealing with aftersales enquiries

* Answering inbound calls and emails to resolve issues

* Handling issues in a professional manner

* Liaising with other departments

Skills and experience required for Customer Coordinator:

* Excellent communication skills

* Previous customer service experience

* Attention to detail

* Effective problem solving skills

* Good knowledge of IT
