Facilities Contract Manager - Building Services
My client is a leading FM service provider, with operations across the UK. Due to a promotion within the business unit, they are actively seeking a Facilities Contract Manager to be based in Maidenhead, SL3. You will also be required to work from another site in London once a week.
As the onsite Facilities Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations, managing the onsite team (well established), quotes, contract reviews with the client and monthly profit and loss reporting. The site is a corporate environment which will require a professional and technical approach to client requests.
Duties Include:
* Comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of all legislation, standards, and best practice in Hard FM & Soft FM Services including good technical building services knowledge.
* Report on business and sub-contractor performance through KPI reports and PMS.
* Be financially accountable, including the preparation, monitoring and management of the budget and profit and loss in line with agreed contract objectives
* Proven experience of successfully working in a similar role
* Proven track record of providing proportionate and practicable solutions to the organisation
* Good interpersonal, verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills for weekly meetings with the clients representatives.
Salary & Package:
* GBP55,000 Per Annum + GBP5,000 car allowance
* Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 17:00
