If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you! Our hugely successful BMW & MINI Dealership in Cambridge is looking to recruit a new Customer Service Manager.

About the position

The successful candidate for our Customer Service Manager position will have previous experience in a similar role, proven customer service skills and show the ability to work to deadlines and targets while always being a Team player.

This role is a critical part of the running of a successful Service Department. You will support both the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure customers receive a first class service.

Working as Customer Service Manager for Barons Cambridge you will:

Supervise day-to-day front of house operations within the service department.

Provide a meet a greet service, follow-up contact to all service customers, either face to face or by phone or email

Support preparation work required for vehicle arrivals

Create effective customer service procedures and standards.

Adhere to strict Group 1 processes

Support the service team with telephone enquiries,

Support invoicing as required.

Maintain up to date knowledge of the range of vehicles in stock including their features and benefits

Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner

Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

Maintain accurate records and assess service statistics to develop best practice.

To speak with every customer on exit after collection of vehicle to ensure satisfaction has been achieved.

Planning - Ensure that all pre calls and post calls are made by the service advisers, post calls must be made within 48 hours of the customers visit.

Manage customer complaints with the service manager

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

About You

We are searching for a motivated and experienced customer service manager to lead our front of house operations. Perhaps you are currently a Senior Service Advisor looking to progress your career or and Assistant Service Manager wishing to join an established successful brand.

We expect our new Customer Service Manager to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

Customer awareness.

Negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal),

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Full driving licence.
