CK Technical are working with a medical device company to recruit for an Operations Site Manager. This is an exciting opportunity supporting the company who are focused on the design, manufacture, validation and supply of real-time PCR kits and reagents.
Location:
This role is based in Southampton.

Operations Site Manager Role:
As an Operations Site Manager, you will ensure all progress is measured and reported and targets are achieved in terms of output, stock management and budget inline with the company's goals and procedures.
You will be required to:
- Set production goals
- Evaluate performance and productivity
- Drive and support strategic improvements to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
- Work alongside the manufacturing technical department to manage the implementation of new manufacturing projects
- Overall responsibility for production QMS compliance
Your Background:
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in management
- Knowledge of ISO13485 and GMP
- Knowledge of SAGE 200
