The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor specialising in Employee Relations to deliver employee relations activities across the UK perimeter.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a knowledgeable, empathetic, resilient employee relations specialist. An individual with strong experience in complex case management, policy writing, employment legislation and disciplinary, grievance, performance/capability and ill health management with elements of business partner working.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate ER specialist with robust coaching, facilitation and mediation skills and the ability to effectively communicate, influence and build relationships throughout the business at all levels, in a unionised environment.
The successful applicant will have strong employment law knowledge with the skill to apply this within a business context; experience of working in a multi-functional team providing logical solutions to complex issues.

Involvement in a wide variety of employee relations activities in a department where no two days are the same.
Supporting of ED&I initiatives and inclusivity within the business through ER practices.
Potential of experience with business partnering, including generalist HR activities.
