About the Role
As Admin Assistant you will provide a high quality administrative function to the Statutory Services Team . You will maintain appropriate electronic and paper based systems for the department bearing in mind that files may be of a personal or sensitive nature . You will also assist in the administration of invoicing processing and time sheets , ensuring they are handed in accordance with deadlines , correctly completed and authorised appropriately. You will be required to assist the Planners in the raising of works orders for various programmes.
About You
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience of providing high quality of administrative support for a team or managers
Organised approach to record keeping
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
Proficient in the use of IT applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to process invoices in a timely manner
Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
