Recruitment Resourcer

Mane Contract Services are actively looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our Rail team to source predominately blue collar roles.

What the Resourcer will be responsible for:

Resource blue collar roles
Advertising current job vacancies on various platforms
Identifying and shortlisting suitable candidates
Candidate attraction
Provide admin supportWhat we are looking for:

Knowledge of the Rail and construction market - (desired not essential)
Minimum 6 months recruitment experience
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft programmes
Experience of working to and achieving targets
Excellent organisation skills
