DC Personnel are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives for a brand new site based in Tamworth on the new St. Modwen Park Industrial Estate B78. Our client is a well-established and well-known company who operate in the ecommerce industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new team working for a leading consumer business who are expanding and experiencing great levels of growth.
Hours :
8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday. 40 hours paid per week.
Pay :
GBP10.20 per hour, with overtime available on Saturdays above 40 hours is paid at GBP15.30 per hour.
The role as a warehouse will include a variety of duties in departments with training provided such as :
Packing items with use of hand scanners
Inbound, unloading containers
Check for damaged or missing items
Moving stock around the warehouse using lifting equipment.
Make sure stock is stored correctly and safely.
Pack and wrap goods
Load goods ready for dispatch.
General cleanliness of the warehouse.

The Ideal candidate must have:
Experience in Warehousing within a manual handling environment is desirable
Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment is desirable
