Randstad CPE Glasgow Facilities Management Team are recruiting for a Compliance Team Leader on the behalf of our client who is a market-leader within the FM industry. This is a full time and permanent position, to support the Planned Services Manager to monitor maintenance to completion. The post holder will ensure the records are in place and any remedial works/recommendations are undertaken, and recommendations are passed on to the end-client.

You will liaise with Subcontractors and the Internal Team to ensure all compliance related tasks are completed and present - ensuring the details are accurate/up to date, adhering to strict deadlines. You will take overall responsibility for ensuring compliance and certification is uploaded to the internal systems and have passed quality assurance checks.

The package:

Salary between GBP25,800 per annum
Core hours Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

Supporting internal managers and teams to ensure that assets and properties have the required level of planned maintenance and are compliant
You will be responsible for a small team of PPM and Compliance Admin
Reviewing PPM task completion and paperwork against targets and display continuous improvement
Ensuring all works from maintenance visits are undertaken and quoted to the end client
Accurate reporting to indicate completed works and any gaps to be actioned and resolved
Working with the Operations Manager to improve the management of compliance on end client contracts
Lead and direct the Compliance Admin Team to ensure maximum productivity to prevent records from being checked over a reporting period
Promote best practice, competence, and continuous improvement.Person specification:

A minimum of 3 years experience in the Facilities Management / Building Services industry
Working with CAFM systems i.e. Concept Evolution (not essential)
An understanding of compliance within FM and the built environment
