HR Advisor required for a very successful and secure global manufacturer. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy HR department with room for future progression within a successful and people focussed business.
The HR Advisor role would be suited to a candidate who is CIPD L5 trained in Human Resources. Candidates with previous experience with recruitment and prioritising large workloads will suit the role. The company has no specific software so a broad literacy with experience on Microsoft Office is required. The candidate can be from any HR environment, those with experience within manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Type of responsibilities will include dealing with personal policy procedures, managing absences, discipline, inductions and personnel development.
