We have a great opportunity for an Asset Manager to join our Strategic Asset Management team. In a rapidly changing external environment focussed on building safety and decarbonisation it is a time to rethink and replan how we manage our property portfolio and we are seeking a pioneering strategic thinker who can embrace challenge, respond to tight timescales and help develop our strategic direction.
You will be experienced in working with property data, planning investment strategies, and implementing an approach to maximising the performance of the assets whilst ensuring we meet all statutory requirements and service standards. You will also be skilled with appraising options to support continued investment or disposal across a wide and varied stock portfolio.
You will have a clear understanding of the current operating environment and the implications of significant new requirements relating to building safety, decarbonisation, and emerging Government standards. In addition to the above, you will be a strong communicator and will thrive in a work environment centred around collaboration.
To be successful in this role you must be educated to degree level or have demonstrable experience in a property or equivalent discipline. You will also have a track record of delivering asset management services combined with deep knowledge of stock appraisal tools and assumptions and sound understanding of Net Present value appraisal techniques and how to apply them.
