My client is looking for a Customer Escalation Advisor to join the team through a time of expansion. If you have experience of working with complaints, escalation or have a strong customer service background, apply today!

Customer Escalation
Temporary 6-8 weeks
Redditch based
GBP9.74 per hour
Monday to Friday

• Receive phone calls from customers answering any general enquiries and complaints, all of which must be dealt with swiftly and appropriately with understanding and empathy.
• Log service calls and issue with assignment number
• Ensure remedials are completed to customers satisfactions before signing jobs off
• Liaise with Project Managers
• Accurately update systems and reports

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills and customer awareness with the ability to respond with empathy
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the use of Microsoft, Outlook
• Experience of dealing with customer complaints / escalation / end user
