I'm currently partnered with one of the UK's leading provider of dealership management software and we are looking for a Senior Software Support Developer.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Support Team Leaders and Product Specialist to investigate band provide answers to critical issues identified through the support process
• Coach and mentor other members of the team
• Review code created by other support developers
• Work with QA team
• Test code both manually and using automated methods
• Become involved in ad-hoc tasks

Essential Skills

• Good communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Strong ability to troubleshoot Front End/client side, Server Side and database related issues.

• Experience with C# and Microsoft .NET framework

Desirable Skills

• Experience of relational databases (SQL)

• Experience with Xamarin and Xamarin.Forms

• Experience with a JavaScript web framework (VueJS, React, Angular, etc)

• Knowledge of Jira
