Motor Trade Claims Engineer - Thame, Oxfordshire
Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9-1)
Salary: GBP26k-GBP28k
Our client, a leading warranty and aftercare provider are looking to recruit full time Claims Engineers to join their team in the Thame area.
You will be handling inbound enquiries from customers via telephone and email regarding potential claims on their add-on products and assisting repairers, customers and garages with their claims process. The ideal candidate will have a motor trade background within a customer service / technical role such as a Service Advisor or Mechanic. You will need to provide outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
You will be joining a fantastic team within a busy claims office. Previous experience within the motor industry is essential.
