ABOUT THE JOB
The purpose of this role is to support the Portfolio Management Office Governance Lead with the development, implementation and co-ordination of effective Portfolio Governance to ensure compliance across the Portfolio to the embedded Governance processes.
To ensure that the Portfolio Governance supports the delivery of Police Scotland Serving a Changing Scotland Strategy and mobilisation of transformation effectively.
Undertake analyst responsibilities such as exception reporting, supporting compliance and monitoring progress of the Transformation Portfolio, including portfolio variation management.
To support the Governance Lead with embedding best practice across the Portfolio and adherence to processes.
Support the development and delivery of the required Management Information to Senior Management to enable effective and informed decision making.
Location - Dalmarnock, Edinburgh Fettes Av, Scottish Police College Tulliallan
ABOUT YOU
As a Governance Support Analyst, you must possess formal Project Management / PMO qualifications e.g. PRINCE2, P30 and will be educated to HNC level. In the absence of detailed qualifications, you should be able to evidence relevant experience within a relevant PMO environment. The preferred candidate will display exemplary communication skills with ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization
