Here at Contract Options we specialise in temporary and permanent recruitment for the Catering, hospitality, Industrial industry. We are looking for a new Consultant-Resourcer and front desk person to join our central Reading office , also Driving licence is essential.
The suitable candidate must have some recruitment, resource and hospitality background. This is a Full time position Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:45pm with immediate startt.
As our new Consultant-Resourcer you will be responsible for:
* Sourcing of suitable candidates through job adverts and CV searches
* Researching of new clients
* Phone check-in of temporary workers
* Registration of new workers
* Day-to-day communication with colleagues, temporary workers and clients
The perfect candidate will:
* Have great communication skills (verbal and written) and phone mannerism
* Be very organised and thorough
* Be a great team player
* Preferably have work experience in the catering industry
* Have outstanding customer service skills
* Be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and online job boards such as Indeed and CV Library.
