My client is a large managed services company in Manchester. Based in a friendly team you will be managing the onboarding and managing payroll clients on to the outsourced payroll system. Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll client manager with a customer focus to join them on a permanent basis.
Job Description:
Reporting to Head of managed services you will be predominantly dealing with transitioning clients onto outsourced payroll system
Responsibilities:
* Managing both the team and client expectation
* Testing the payrolls/ parallel runs on systems
* Onboarding clients
* BPO services background
* Mid - large range clients
* Managing Stakeholder, user and client relationships
* Liaising with the firm's clients
* Working alongside the team to develop performance
* To highlight continuous improvements to the HR and Payroll processes
* Management of Payroll transition & test analysts
* Cover for management and training of staff
Requirements:
* Previous experience ideally working within a bureau or managed service environment
* Proven experience of UK payroll implementations and testing phases
* Experience of working with medium to large payrolls
* Payroll Supervisory or Management experience preferable
* Need to be up to date on legislation and pension's knowledge preferable.
* Strong team player
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Good systems skills including MS Excel
* Oracle system advantageous
* CIPP advantageous
