We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for our large automotive client based in Solihull. The successful candidate will have experience or hold a strong interest in working in a manufacturing environment.

GBP12.52 PER HOUR and with shift allowances depending on patternHours of Work:
36 or 37 hours per week, plus the option of overtime
Monday to Friday
Multiple shift patterns availableResponsibilities:
Supporting with the production of high quality and specification cars across a wide spectrum of roles
Providing operational cover over on a variety of shift patterns from Monday - Friday to ensure all activities are completed in line with business needs/customer expectations
Carrying out additional duties as determined by the line manager.
Following all policy guidelines as issued by management on the processing of orders.
Developing appropriate product and systems knowledge to carry out daily work-load.
Identifying and reporting on health, safety and environmental issues within the work place.
Requirements:
Good standard of literacy & numeracy
Must be able to work well in a pressurised and demanding environment
Self-motivated and quality-focused
Good personal organisational skills
Good verbal & written communication skills both face to face & via telephone
Have good manual dexterity skills
