Job Title: Kickstart Marketing Assistant
Working arrangements: 25 hours per week, 6-month FTC
Salary: National Minimum Wage
Location: Nationwide
THIS IS A 6 MONTH KICKSTART PLACEMENT WHICH IS ONLY OPEN TO CANDIDATES AGED 16-24 YEARS OLD WHO ARE OUT OF WORK AND CLAIMING UNIVERSAL CREDIT. AS PART OF THE SELECTION PROCESS, YOU WILL NEED TO BE CONFIRMED ELIGIBLE BY YOUR JOB CENTRE WORK COACH. UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET THESE CRITERIA FOR THIS ROLE.
Exemplia Group is one of the largest Kickstart Gateways within the UK. We are representing a wide variety of businesses across the whole of the country. We are working on behalf of some large PLCs as well as some smaller businesses with exciting new projects in their infancy.
Many of these employers are looking to take successful candidates forward to full time employment opportunities after the Kickstart placement.
The hours and pay will be a minimum of 25 hours at national minimum wage but many of our employers are also topping up the number of hours and pay you would receive.
All of the positions include full job-related training, but you will also benefit from extensive employability training to help ready you for the employment market should your position not be made permanent.
A typical Marketing role will involve:
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
- Promotional activities.
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
- Writing and proofreading creative copy.
A good Marketing person will be:
- Enthusiastic
- First-class communicator
- Good team player
- Enjoying project management
- Excellent analytic and creative skills
