Job Title: Pipe Fitter
Salary: GBP18ph - GBP20 umbrella
Employment Type: contract till end of year
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Falmouth / Cornwall
Available is an opportunity to work for a well-established engineering company who due to increased orders are currently going through a growth period and seek an experienced Pipe Fitter to join their highly skilled team.
The Pipe Fitter that is appointed will be responsible for installing solvent weld industrial piping up to 3" in diameter and also fit and fabricate all the pipe brackets to the highest standard and pressure test and sign off each pipe run.
The Pipe Fitter must have experience of small bore pipe fitting and should also have basic fabrication and welding skills. The pipe fitter will be cutting, strip, fitting and tact pipework.
The Pipe Fitters should have previous experience working within busy areas with multiple tradesman and able to conform to a high standard of health and safety.
Must have experience with manual handling equipment.
The Pipe Fitter that are successful would benefit from have previous experience:
marine plumbing
Pipe fitting
mechanical fitting
